Make “America Let’s Do Lunch” empowerment tray favors to support mental wellness with positive messages. Place on Meals on Wheels trays to show seniors they are important and noticed!

Requirement 1: Make It!

Have some fun learning about your feelings while earning the Happiness Helper Patch. Make a craft, color a picture or draw your own picture or do an activity about emotions

  • Facetime with a lonely senior citizen
