Our wellbeing section is for groups and individuals concerned about wellbeing in their community.
The suggested requirements are designed to make the program fun, educational and rewarding. Following along with the requirements will prepare the participant to complete the final service project.
All level requirements are flexible. You decide what works best for your group.
Happiness Helper Patch Program®
At the “Helping Hands” level children will learn about feelings.
Requirement 1: Make It!
Do an art or craft activity to get excited about doing a happiness project.
Requirement 2: Learn It!
Watch the video to learn about feelings.
Requirement 3: Do It!
Choose and complete one of the suggested age-appropriate service projects for helping to help someone feel better.
Requirement 4: Earn it!
Receive the Happiness Helper Patch.

Crafting for Service Patch Program®
At the “Friend” level children will learn how to help people who are lonely with crafts.
Optional workbook download is provided for pre-meeting.
Requirement 1: Learn It!
Learn how extended sickness and hospitalization can cause people to feel lonely.
Requirement 2: See It!
Watch the provided video to see how a drawing or craft can help others feel better.
Requirement 3: Do It!
Choose and complete one of the suggested crafting for service projects.
Requirement 4: Review It!
Review your project. Optional review worksheet is provided for younger achievers.

At the “Volunteer” level you will learn how to plan for a companion volunteer project.
Optional word search download is provided for pre-meeting.
Requirement 1: Research It!
Watch the provided video to learn about loneliness.
Requirement 2: See It!
Visit a local hospital or senior center and think about what you can do to volunteer to cheer up the patients/residents.
Requirement 3: Do It!
Make a commitment to improve the community by participating in a companion volunteer project.

Wellbeing Advocate Patch Program®
At the “Advocate” level you will learn how to effectively advocate for wellbeing in your community.
Requirement 1: Research It!
Use the provided links to learn about mental illness and how you can improve mental health in yourself and others.
Requirement 2: Do It!
Plan and complete one of the suggested advocacy programs to help improve wellbeing in your community.
Requirement 3: Review It!
Review your experience advocating for wellbeing and thank those who helped.

Wellbeing Delegate Pin Program
At the “Delegate” Level you will learn to organize and lead a wellbeing service project.
Requirement 1: Choose It!
Use the provided links to choose a topic for your wellbeing action project.
Requirement 2: Plan It!
Learn how to plan and organize your action project including fundraising and outreach.
Requirement 3: Do It!
Join in during your project to supervise and provide assistance at all levels. Don’t forget to thank the volunteers, organizations and mentors that helped you complete your project!
