Our enrichment Patch Program® section is for groups and individuals concerned about enrichment in their community.
The suggested requirements are designed to make the program fun, but also educational and rewarding. Following along with the requirements will prepare the participant to complete the final service project.
All level requirements are flexible so you decide what works best for your group.
Book Helper Patch Program®
At the “Helping Hands” level children will learn about books and also libraries.
Requirement 1: Make It!
Do an art or craft activity to get excited about doing a book project.
Requirement 2: Learn It!
Watch the video to learn about libraries.
Requirement 3: Do It!
Choose and complete one of the suggested age-appropriate service projects for taking care of books.
Requirement 4: Earn it!
Receive the Book Helper Patch.

Donation Stations Patch Program®
At the “Friend” level children will learn the importance of donating to those in need.
Optional coloring page is provided for pre-meeting.
Requirement 1: Learn It!
Watch the provided video to learn about donating and how it impacts people.
Requirement 2: See It!
Visit a local library or community center. Find out if they need donations and find out what they need.
Requirement 3: Do It!
Choose and complete one of the suggested donation station projects.
Requirement 4: Review It!
Review your project. Optional review worksheet is also provided for younger achievers.

Community Volunteer Patch Program®
At the “Volunteer” level you will learn how to plan for a community volunteer project.
Optional word search download is provided for pre-meeting.
Requirement 1: Research It!
Use the downloadable worksheet to help you research your local community centers and decide at which one you want to volunteer.
Requirement 2: See It!
Speak to someone at your chosen volunteer location to find out if they are a good fit for your volunteering project.
Requirement 3: Do It!
Make a commitment to improve the community by participating in a volunteering project for community enrichment.

Enrichment Advocate Patch Program®
At the “Advocate” level you will learn how to effectively advocate for enrichment in your community.
Requirement 1: Research It!
Use the provided links to learn about your town and the ways it can be improved.
Requirement 2: Do It!
Plan and complete one of the suggested advocacy programs to help promote community enrichment.
Requirement 3: Review It!
Review your experience advocating for enrichment and also thank those who helped.

Enrichment Delegate Pin Program
At the “Delegate” Level you will learn to organize and lead an enrichment service project.
Requirement 1: Choose It!
Use the provided links to choose a topic for your enrichment action project.
Requirement 2: Plan It!
Learn how to plan and organize your action project. This includes fundraising and outreach.
Requirement 3: Do It!
Join in during your project to supervise and provide assistance at all levels. Don’t forget to also thank the volunteers, organizations and mentors that helped you complete your project!
